1900x1280 Desktop X themes

Hello im not sure if its been ask'ed probly has was looking trew but, didnt see much on it.
Im wondering i run my resalution at 1900,1280 and i dont see any theme's that support this resaultion. how would i go about adjusting them or someone creating them at this resalution ?
