Looking for Co-Skinner

I have three skins that I've worked on for a year or more that I plan to upload when complete. Therein lies the problem. I am reasonably skilled at basic skinning, but I don't have the tools or knowledge to do Animations or Toolbar Icons.
If a fellow skinner out there would be willing to develop those skin elements & share credit for the skins, I'd be very grateful. I have a couple of ideas about what would 'fit' but no way to implement them.

Actually thats rather nice, looks well put together too..looks right up braniacs alley too!! 
I can't promise I can help out anytime soon but once I have some free time i can. Its not really my style and I might have trouble matching up and it may not meet ur expectations.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. Especially the applause from J. Aroche. 
The .jpg's never quite do justice & you can't get a feel for the mouseovers, so if anyone is interested in taking a look at the skin I'll zip it up & send it along.

Can't help with toolbars or animations but want to say I really like that blind...great color combos
