Where to go for it

Where do I find the menu to alternate logons. I like variety. I downloaded the favored one for a second time to get to the menu. How do I find it on my computer?
Also, why do I have trouble changing the skin colors in the work shop where they have been uploaded? I really don't want to create my own skin because, perhaps, the skill seems distant to me. I change the skin color somewhat, however, not as I would like to.

Not completely clear on the second question, do you mean Windowblinds? There should be something that says "Change skin color" and you can change it there, after you've checked Enable skin coloring and adjust it how you want.
