sysmetrix wont load up on startup

i have a problem with sysmetrix, even tho i have it set to load on windows start, it continues to not load, i have been through all the settings and everything is set right. any idea's would be appreciated

Go to the sysmetrix directory and make a shortcut of the executable. Then place the shortcut of the executable in the startup folder.

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
