eminence help

i'm trying to download eminence from https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=5758&libid=1 but after it downloads pop-up states there is "no .uis are you sure this is for windowblinds" and then when i go to the eminence folder located in windowblinds folder and it is empty.  is anyone else having this problem and how would i go about fixing it?

Seems to be downloading fine by saving the download to another folder and then double-clicking on the Eminence.wba file.
