The new WB5

I want to try WB5, especially since my version of Wb is becoming buggy 
but I dont have the money to purchase it. I noticed the free version said something about it won't skin scrollbars and you can't change colors. Is this true? My old version of free WB allows these.

There is no such thing as a free version. There is a trial version which expires after 60 days. If you have been using WB longer than 60 days that would explain the problems you are having (mentioned in another thread). WB isn't buggy, it's working as it should - stopping skinning when the trial has expired.
After 60 days of use you should either purchase the full version or stop using it altogether.
