Start menu problems

I have downloade windowsblinds and i have the 5.0 version, the public version.
After I startup a skin, it integrats and works fine, except that the start menu does not change, it's still the basic Windows Xp instead of the custom skin one, im pretty sure this can be fixed in the settings but i do not know where to find the setting to change this.
Any help?

thank you very much... i feel kinda dumb for never right clicking start 
it worked after all but ill give my settings.
STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY+
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC.
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
You have one monitor in total.
(SyncMaster 910V/910M/913V/915V) 1 is attached to MSI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series

That's alright. As long as it's skinning it now.

is it set on 'start menu' or 'classic start menu'?
if it's on classic, change it to 'start'
if it's on 'start' (XP style)
open WB configuration, click 'system info' on the left and copy/paste to all that shows up
