I see alot of football suites, why don't someone make any NasCar suites? I think they would be great. I know I would buy them.

Licensing for any sport is very hard and can take time and money. As skinning gets more popular (and Koop works harder) hopefully more stuff like that will show up.
Until then, you can always make your own stuff for personal use.

There's one, even though you have to buy a PC lol
