It does look a lot like WC Select though.

It aint WC Select, if you see the start button is Stardock's logo and in WC Select the start button is the WC lizard, but I really don't know which one is it

I honestly think this windowblind is an internal wb for stardock employees. Maybe they'll put it out for sale.
