explorer backround

Does anyone out there know how I can change my windows explorer backround !?
Some skins come with cool ones, but I'd like to personalise mine !

The rebar default size comes in a reasonable bar shape. But I personally take the picture I intend to use and just cut out a decent size I think will sufice for the job, normally its about 10 times the size of the original rebar size.....but I hate playing with margins..
