Laptop Dock "UNDOCK" messes up skins

I have a laptop i work on all day (and night at times), and both at home, and at work i have the laptop DOCKED, meaning i have a port replicator that the laptop CLICKS into to make it simple to move from home to work and back. It keeps my network, monitors, cables all connected, and just pops the laptop out.
Well anyone who has this situation knows there is an option in the start menu called UNDOCK COMPUTER
Normal windows looks just fine, but almost all other skins do not work right:
even so bad that it positions them OFF but 50-60 pixels:
As you can see, i lose the SHUTDOWN button on all these skins (except the normal windows one), and that is not the best thing. I have a lot of skins i cant use because of this.
Since i dont skin WB and never used skinstudio, i wanted to know if this is in there as something to be skinned, or if its just not working right?
