Wincustomize problem

Hey peops, I just registered and downloaded wincustomize browser through stardock so this is new to me, heres my problem mabey someone can help me with. When I open the browser and log in everything appears fine but as soon as iI go to view the libraries I get an error that tells me there was a problem downloading the library please try again. This happens on all libraries. Kind of discouraging right off the bat, but am hoping mabey just a noob mistake on my part. Any help would be grreatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

There's a problem with the libraries using WCB or SDC

The issue isn't really a "problem". It's temporarily shut down while some improvements are made with regard to how it gets it's data and displays it. Not sure when this will be finished, but just wanted to pass this on. It would have been nice if the error message was done more friendly, but what can ya do? :/

I've been having the same problems for almost a week. I'm releived (not) to hear there are others having the same issues also.

There are several reports about the error, they know about it and will hopefully have a fix soon.
