That is true and utterly madness! Reminds me of the graphics in the old school games except this picture isn't limited to a small colour palette.

video was probably done with Macromedia (adobe) captivate...can't really tell as the site that hosts the video is blocked by the college firewall. I use captivate to make instructional videos for my students, makes swf screen captures which you can then develop menus for (like a DVD) and convert to any other file format. (you can even add interactivity such as a test at the end of the show). Basically, it's a screen shot on steroids.

Well, there are some ads on that page, so perhaps it's one of those...but the video itself is fine.
