Internet Explorer 7 problem

Hi, I recently installed the Chocolate theme from this site (sorry, can't remmeber who created it, great work though).
One problem though is that it doesn't seem to work properly with IE7 and makes the window look like this:
Does anyone know how to fix this so IE7 looks like it should? Or of a similar looking theme which will work properly with IE7?
