Report New WinCustomize Bugs and Other Issues

While we have worked very hard to make the new site error free there are always a issue here and there that were simply missed. So this is the place that we would like you to submit site issues to.
Please take the time to read through items that have already been submitted so that you are not duplicating issues. This will make it much easier for us in determining new or old bugs.
Also, when reporting a problem its very important that you include the URL to the page where the problem occured. Also be as descriptive as possible. And if it is a display issue please be sure to include what browser you are running and its version.

We're working through some of the login issues still. There are some anomoles (which I wont go into detail about) that are popping up with certain accounts. If you're seeing weird things happening, like your name dissappearing, please delete any wincustomize or stardock cookies, close the browser, open a new one and log back in. If the issues persist, click on my name in this reply and use the 'Email andrew_' function. Email me your nickname here on the website and I will start investigating the issue. Please do not email me about ads showing up. I will be addressing the issue here in another reply when I get into the office on Monday.

To All - PLEASE do NOT email me about individual problems. Since I mentioned that it was alright to email me about login/user related issues (it's still ok, btw), I have recieved several emails regarding individual issues. Please (pretty please?) use these forums or the usual support methods to report individual issues. I would love to address everyone individually but I simply lack the time in the day to do so. Thanks much!

Another suggestion...how about email notification or something when we get new comments on our personal guestbooks?Something else: I just got bumped to Apprentice
(thanks Jafo!) and I was looking forward to changing my honorific to Lady as mentioned in the About page, but it's not listed? Screenshot

I'm still having to boot into XP to upload photos to my photo album, Vista just will not have it. IE crashes and restarts, and no photo uploaded:-

Personal Skins stats page not showing skin comment indicators.
Skins page not showing total downloads today,
or total skin comments.
Personal site stats page,
Blog Site Stats, total points or past 30 days not showing.
Personal site Hits Today points not showing.
