Submission moderation not working?

Hi all,
I was wondering if one of you guys out there have the same "problem" as I have:
I've submitted 2 new elements (on IP and one toolbar) more than 5 days ago, and it hasn't been posted on wincustomize yet, nor have tehy been rejected, so I wonder if they forgot to process them and if I should reload them again?
Moreover, I've noticed that the IP has been downloaded by Snowman (when checking the "awaiting moderation" tab) more than 5 days ago, and since then, nothing...
So what should I do? I don't know how to contact the moderators, so that's my only possibility here...

If it still shows in moderation for you, they its likely no Mods have gotton to it yet. The Mod that handles those should see this and take care of you.

Thanks Jafo, it's okay for the IP, not for the toolbar yet though, I'll just wait for it to come out then, take it easy!
