Depending on what version of WindowBlinds you're using, you can disable sounds in either Basic Settings, or Override default settings....

Override default settings > WindowBlinds settings > "Play sounds defined by the skin (if any)"
In previous versions, a similar setting will be found in Basic Settings.

I know there are sound files in the WindowBlinds skin.

The sounds are coming from neOS the WindowBlind... steps were shown [above] on how to disable those.

open configure CursorXP
Sound tab
check disable all or pick individual event (highlight event, change sound, choose one or none in the drop down)
