Object Desktop does not include ObjectDock
ObjectBar and DesktopX can do some of the things OD does but not natively.
You can get a free (limited feature set) version of OD to get some great features or the plus version which has tabbed docks.

If you mean ObjectDesktop when you mention "Desktop" then your answer would be no as ObjectDesktop is the package containing all the programs such as DesktopX, WindowBlinds, IconPackager, etc etc.
