Is This Happening To Anyone Else?
you get on a NY bound plane & it lands in Berlin.

Okay so maybe not Berlin, but I clinked on Brad's WB 5.5 Release thread and I got taken to "Messed up Titlebar" by run3_knight....another time I clicked on Jafo's "People will hit me but..." and ended up in some old thread from early 2005 called "A trip down Memory lane is nice but"
These are just two instances of many where I've been hijacked to a thread other than the one I had intended to go.....and worse still, posting a reply and suddenly being cyber transported to a completely different site advertising or promoting some sort of hobby or interest. This usually happens when tying to the far right of the text box, and most often the site I've been taken to has some bearing or relevance to words contained in the merssage/reply...for example the word darned will take me to a site related to darning, sewing, knitting, etc.
I had this problem before and did all the usual hijacker/spyware/malware and virus/trojan searches...also deleted all my cookies, etc, etc, but it would still happen just the same. It went away on it's own a day or so later...but now it's back (twice tonight) and a real pain in the arse cos the whole reply is lost and has to be redone.
I can understand being redirected to another link internally because of site recoding and etc, but not externally. Could it be there's a text sensitive bot or something planted on WC by some low-life scumbag to push spam similar to that we too often find in emails? Dunno what's cauusing it, but I sure cas hell hope somebody can fix it cos it's really starting to piss me off.
