Problems with Mac OS X Skin by Steve Grenier

Hi,
I downloaded this theme because I like the way the mac looks. I installed it and everything is there except the visual style/windowblinds. My start menu, task bar, windows etc. are of the Windows Classic Style.
This happens with every style, come to think of it.
What can I do?
