got one other question i dont know if its copy right to use other people mouse cursors but is there a way i can make two cursor's into one
like export and import

if its possible if not that ok cause i am design something that i like this mouse cursor and the software is great when you can disable and enabled the cursor

You can design anything you want. You can not distribute anything without the original artists' permission.
