Trouble with Toolbars icons and animations

Hi Stardock developper team 
I just found a trouble (not a big one but annoying):
The ability of "If the skin has a toolbar icon set defined then use it, otherwise use the set defined below" doesn't work anymore (and i don't know since which version, at least since the 5.10.009 version ...)
For working you have to choose other option = "always use the toobar icon set selected below"
Would be fine if you can correct it
(similar trouble for animations)
