Fingerprint Reader

I was just given a fingerprint reader by DigitalPersona called DigitalPersona Pro for Active Directory Workstation ver 3.4. When WB 5.10.009 is loaded the reader doesn't recognize applications or websites that have logon information. If I unload WB the reader works. When I use the default Windows XP skin it works. Once the logon has been created and I load WB again it will submit credentials. Has anyone else seen this issue or using a fingerprint reader? I'm using XP Pro also.
