Logon Studio engine will not export
Wednesday, November 15, 2006 by Mike56 | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
with Wincustomize, I easily and simply pressed the 'Export Button' and voila
the .logonXP file was added to my logon files. Now, when I press the 'Export Button',
the 'successful download message' comes on instantly, where before it was a two to
three second window. Consequently, the 'successful' message is false, as I have no
.logonXP file for said creation showing anywhere.
I've redownloaded 5 times from Stardock's 1.8 to download.com's 1.0 to no avail. Thus, I am unable to continue with new Wincustomize logon sharing.
Any simple answers to this dilemma?

Yes there is!
Edit the Logon file using the UIFile. This will allow you to still produce and share with the community. After doing this, DO NOT open the edited logon file with the LogonStudio Editor. It will change all your editing.
the .logonXP file was added to my logon files.
.logonXP files are just renamed .zip's...so just Zip your folder from the logonstudio directory, then rename it to a .logonxp file to upload.
