A newbie's talk

well, first of all i salute all the members of this forum and thank u for accepting me as a member. My question is quite simple.

Recently i downloaded a file which aparently changes the windows visuality. a skin it is. qs counter elements is the file.
Now. how can i apply this skin in my desctop?
am i doing smt wrong?

some help would be nice.

Q's Counter Elements (https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=3594&LibID=31) is a DesktopX Theme (a bit different from a WindowBlinds skin).  To run it, you will need a copy of DesktopX.
