Winamp question

I auctually have no idea where to ask this, but whatever, maybe someone can help me.

I use winamp for music and videos. Everytime I watch a video on it, and then go to listen to music, the video window comes up, and I have to right click and uncheck "video", everytime. Im tired of doing this. Why does it do this and how can I make it stop?

Well, I'm not completely sure but have you tried right clicking on the Main Player and making sure only the items you want to appear at startup are checked and then immediately closing WinAmp. Then try restarting WinAmp, if it comes up with only the Main Player displayed then I'd say you are home free. If not.. then I would also check Options preferences Video to make sure it has close the video window when playback ends checked.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's just a bug....the easiest way to 'fix' it is to only use WA for audio...and use WMP for video....problem solved...
