There was another post about this same problem.

Anyway, I've tested this using IE7 and WB version 5.10.009 with the skin in the SS and didn't encounter the error.

I'm curious as to what's happening here. Are you using another version? RC1, an earlier version of WindowBlinds maybe?

I installed the new IE7 on my laptop, which is running WB 4.X, and was getting the black bar. I haven't had time to get back to it and update to the latest WB version...I'll try that right now.

Okay, I've updated WB on my laptop to current, and there is NO black bar across the IE7 final toolbar/tab area.

I was having a similar problem over the weekend. I had to remove IE7, then reinstall it again and haven't had a problem since.
