Flyout menus-flyout vertically on side dock
They don't flyout sideways

Is this normal? Or should I start all over, clearing the cache and such?

I started with a new tabbed dock as a drawer on the left side of the screen and checked to reserve screen edge, but not to autohide.
Started adding shortcuts and one flyout menu. It worked until I stretched the background to run the length of the screen. Now it only flys out downward and not out to the side.

Does Stardock support come to these forums or should I submit this as an email?

I've adjusted the code for the next version so that if it is indeed docked to an edge, it'll only show the flyout menu on the opposing side. So if its docked on the right, it'll only fly out to the left no matter where it is, etc. Hope this works for you!

When is that due out?
If I could, while I have your ear, ask another request....
I'd like to see regular/non-tabbed docks have the ability to reserve the screen edge space like tabbed docks can.
Thanks again. !!

This feature is in place on the current build. On the positioning tab.

For regular non-tabbed docks there is no option for it to reserve the screen edge, like you are able to do with tabbed docks. You can only place it on any edge and set the z-order, but you can not reserve the screen edge.
Is there a newer build?

Check the show beat at the bottom and go to town.

Slide it to the middle, and see if that corrects it.
