Look at this whenever i click add skin, for the vista plus 2 or watever this pops-up and i dont know what to do

Might've needed to hide those rarfiles on the desktop before you took the screenie.
I count at least two there with WB in the title.

First step.... would be to remove the warez Windowblinds program which is the likely cause of your problem.
Second step.... purchase a legal copy of Windowblinds from this site's Owner [Stardock].
Third step.... IF you THEN have the same problem [or any other] ....post here seeking a solution....
