File not found???

hi, um... i tried to download the Vista Plus skin, but when i do it asks me to pick a "helper program"... and whether i do or don't the same thing happens, and that is that it says that the file cannot be found. please, i am very new to all of this, so any help is VERY much appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have Theme Manager?
Do you have the necessary other software Theme Manager needs installed?
