Help Plz - im new

Hi, I need some help on how all this works. I've just downloaded the Core theme as a zip file. I need to know what to do no lol...

do I extract the files within the zip file to a folder on my computer or do I need a certian type of software to run the files from this site.

My OS is WinXP Pro.

You will notice when you are looking at a particular item to download that there is a "Gallery Description" area at the top which informs you what type of item it is and a link to the software required to be installed in order to use that file. In this case it appears to be an Icon Package which requires the IconPackager program to be installed first.
