How to change the 'All Programs' behaviour ?

I've installed the skin 'CyberSkin Classic' but I've now problems with the 'All Programs' button.

I've installed Skin Studio Free and tried to change some features but I think I don't change what I should because nothing is better ! Can you explain me in details which option I have to configure ?

I was changing a wrong value.
Now it works !

Some skins use the More Programs Arrow image to replace the All Programs text. If your O/S is working in a language other than English it can cause alignment problems.
To fix this open the skin in SkinStudio and navigate to Start Panel > More Programs Panel > Background and adjust the left content margin. It should be a - figure, decrease that further until the graphics align correctly.
