animations have stoped working

hello, i was wondering if anyone could help me figure out why the animations in the screens for file transfers etc. have stoped and all that show are the windows xp default ones no matter what i select in windowblinds 5.1. i just put in a new hard drive and up till then after i had to reinstall everything they had always worked with my program. now nothing but the the progress bar is showing correctly per skin.i have tried all 3 options in proggy and notta changes anymore

yes and by your response that is the problem i bet huh lol? btw it is WB 5.01 not 5.1
