Help with installing themes

I installed a theme and extracted all the files... now how do i make it appear on my screen.. please walk me through this

Specifically I wanted to intall the Evolver Bench WP theme.
Do I need any required software for that?

edit: heh. I didnt even realize this wasnt my thread. I made almost an identical one with the same problem and title.

did you read the gallery description box?
each gallery has one. each one has a link to any necessary software.
