Looking for a wba file

I had to format my machine. I am trying to get one of my favorite themes back up unable to download it for wincustomize. Does anyone have redflame.wba that they can send me please.

I am getting the below error.
Internet Explorer cannot download redflame.wba from skins4.wincustomize.com.

Just tested with Firefox, something is wrong with file. It wants to download as Redflame.wba but FF thinks it is an icon package 
I downloaded to disc, changed to zip, extracted, nothing in folder.

I have tried to download with FF on other machine and was unable to also.

Not sure what the problem is with that blind. Perhaps contacting the skinner may help you get the proper .wba file.

bad download.
using FF 1.5.0.7 - correctly ID'd as to open with WB, but downloaded file size was only 1.53kb
