Final Post - Leaving WC
...not a rant...
Monday, October 2, 2006 by Cyberworld | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
There comes a time when a person has to let go of things obsolete or things that just doesn't have time to do anymore. In that light my dear friends i'm leaving WC, the site that has been a nest for me in the past 6/7 years. I carry with me both good and bad memories, yet the feeling of joy, respect and family warmth are the strongest ones. I don't plan to empty my gallery, anyone who wants to can take anything he/she likes.
Life is changed now, i have much more work to do for the University, the number of asignements is growing and i find myself becoming more devoted to what i want to achieve in life, to become an archaeologist, a scientist and above all a good human being. Added to this is a growing liking towards photography, a hobby i picked up last year, thus i am still active online, but this time i am at DA. I have two accounts over at DA, at which you can visit/contact me anytime you like.
Art Account: http://cyberworld-arts.deviantart.com/ : My good art, being very picky on what gets in here. Also the site for journal/polls/discussions.
Stock Account: http://cyberworld-stock.deviantart.com/ : My stock, resources, obsolete, lesser quality, more quantity site. All are published under GNU Public license.
In conclusion i wish you all good luck in life, may you prosper and be healthy always.
Never forget: Carpe Diem
Cyberworld over and out.

I'll be looking for you to do great things. I've always been amazed at how much you do with all you've got going on. I'll keep checking those National Geographics for your name. See ya around!

Good luck to you and your future goals, Harry.
I'm sure you'll succeed at whatever you put your mind to. At your age I had the advantage [?] of there not being an Internet full of choices to add to the 'confusion' of directions to take/go.
Hopefully life's 'little lessons' learned here [and at Devart, etc] will help arm you for your journey.
Wincustomize.com will still be here....just remember to drop in now and then.....

Thank you Hog56 for the words of encouragement.
Fairyy~ being busy is my primary objective in life.
Thank you for your kind words.
Lantec, better start looking at bookstores.
I'm having a seminar essay that will maybe be published. It's on byzantine architecture and history, actually the subject is how is the temple of Hagia Sophia (St. Sophia or Wisdom of God) presented in written Greek, Catholic, Russian and Moslem sources from the 6th to the 16th centuries. I've been working on it for the past 5 months (simultaneously with excavations) and it's a really big one (already at page 378 and still writting) and when i showed it to my prof, he said if he likes the final script he'll be sending it for publication.
Thank you dear friend, we'll be in touch via DA from now on.
Jafo always with a word of wisdom.
Thankfully internet is an option i can use in time of need and not a rambling maze. It's just how you use your given tools.
And life lessons are always valuable.
Corky_O thank you for just being here, there, everywhere.
tawoods i'll still be seeing you here and there i guess.
So it's not fairwell. As for pics just wait for a load of them especially in the Stock account.
Hey Cindi, i hope you too are all right and prospering. You have been a good friend and i hope we will keep in touch through DA.

You leave behind an impressive array of quality contributions wrapped in an exit which gleams of high standards and kinship within the community.
You take care and stop by once in awhile with a friendly hello if you can.

Let me know when it happens.
Edit: My wife says I shouldn't leave off without imparting some wisdom to you.....since I don't have any I'll pass along my Granfather's motto "Nosce te ipsum" I'm sure you'll know what it means.

You've always been here, since the beginning of this thing called skinning.Thank you very much Lantec. I'll let you know. The proverb used is actually the latin translation of an ancient Greek mottoe, attributed to the grand philosopher Socrates and it's the core of classic education: Know thyself.

Thank for your kind words my friend.
Thank you very much alphabyte. Wish you the best too.

Hey Buchur, keep lurking the creepy waters of these lands...
Be good now...Best wishes to you too DarkMist.
