The ultimate tackle for a windowblin

This goes to any skinner willing to tackle this. If anyone has previewed the Batman Begins video-game, there is a menu that
goes along with playing the game I wish I could post a screenshot of it. However, it meets the wb5 guidlines, transparent, translucencies, and a fancy design. If anyone can do this, I will custom design, sculpt and make them a rubber mask of their choosing, being that I'm in the SPFX industry, the mask is priceless, and worth over 400 bucks.
