I found that we have lots of data,Software and installed programs on our PC's. Our internet use of every time make lots of temporary data in our Hard Drive's and capture HD's sectors and system resources who makes system slow and slow day by day.
By doing these things we can free up our system resources to work on maximum performance.

I trying these things from past but i found these written tips in Microsoft so i thought i should share with you all.
I hope you will find it usfull too.

You have to be careful with CCleaner. I wiped an AutoCAD installation with it because their copy protection has registry entries that are not directly associated with the program. I ended up having to call Autodesk to complete the reinstall.

These are really the most basic things that every even moderately non-casual PC user knows, so I'm not sure why it needs to be posted on a website largely targeted towards power users. Moreover, if you're going to post something like this, might as well make a more complete post and mention software like ccleaner, spybot and tweakui as part of regular computer maintenance.

Thanks for the post. I regularly use Disc Cleaner and then Defragment, but only occasionally use Registry Cleaner, as at times it deletes files that are necessary to the operation of what I consider essential programs (Lantec, you're right...caution is a watchword here...). Object Sweeper and DriveScan, included in Object Desktop, are also helpful to me to see what's junk and what's essential. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is best for me, as I've borked my system badly many times, "cleaning house" to make things run faster. What can I say, "need for speed" rules.

This thread is a perfect example why no one takes the time to to write one. Is it simple, basic computer advice? Yes. Does everyone on the planet already know this info? No. Did he take the time to contribute? Yes. For all those that are bursting with an overabundance of computer knowledge by all means share it with the community. It will take time and effort, but your reward will be to sit back when you're done and listen to this type of drivel.

I have used executive software's diskeeper for several years. I currently have version 7.
It can run in the background while using your computer, set it to run only when your screensaver is running or schedule it to run during the night or whenever. version 10 is available on downloads.com among other sights. It is shareware, but is worth the money. I am not pushing this software, but only want to pass this info along. As a defragmenter, it can't be beat.

Some guys know that these are usfull information.
If you think these are not usfull then it's mean Microsoft did wrong thing by adding up on thier website to help users.

Remember...there are more than one 'level' of user of skins and computers in this world. Some suggestions may be basic [to you] but to others are unknown and thus valuable info.
Think just how often it is asked "how do you capture a screenshot?" ...and then direct the asker to the 'PrtScn' button on their keyboard. Yes, not all extents of knowledge/experience are the same....
