Two problems with OD

I've noticed that when I turn on my computer from a long standby, object dock automatically has already closed itself.
It's been doing it alot recently. I look in the corner at my system tray and notice the object dock icon was stillthere, but when I hover my mouse over it-it disappears.

Here's my second problem. I use a tabbed dock, and I have it as an auto hiding drawer at the bottom of my screen. If I move my mouse to the bottom activate it, it flies out. Afterwards when I click back my web browser/other window to continue doing what I was doing, the dock won't re-hide in drawer mode unless I click it and change tabs. Then when I move the mouse away it goes back in.
