Logon Problem

Hello, I'm a new user, I'm not sure where to post this since there's no sub-forum for Logons.
Everytime I downloaded a new logon, and I already have LogonStudio v 1.0.64. Only things on the list is welcome1, welcome2, and welcome3. I tried to click load and get the new file, but it simply wont show up on the list. Instead I click the downloaded icon from the desktop and it does open LogonStudio but still wont show up on the list. Anyone know how to fix this? Please help... Thanks

did you refresh list?
I usually download and save, then right click and open with logon studio

Sorry, I don't know what causes this. I've seen it reported several times, but I don't think I've ever seen "the" solution.
Browse the LogonStudio forum, and you might find an answer though......
