Need Help.
Something's broken, I think.

I don't know what has happened here. If you see the picture, I have a missing toolbar (I honestly don't know what this is called). The toolbar which has stuff like, "File", "View", "Edit" and etc. I have Styler installed and I was using it all this while. I decided to disable Styler the other day and use the toolbar which came with one of the WindowBlinds skin. Everything's fine accept for that one toolbar. I've tried changing skins, unloading WB, re-applying Styler, disabling WB, disabling Styler, and messed around in the Control Panel but I still can't get the toolbar back. Did I break something here? Can somebody please help me?
