For the latest one, the brown one. My friend has it installed on his laptop, and it looks very cool.

I was so caught up by actually finding that I didn't even look to see what it was. sorry.
Do you have skin studio? You can convert the VS to a WBA file and then kinda tweak it a bit to get it 100%.
I don't know. Maybe the best thing would be for someone who really knows how to do that to ask permission from the author to translate it.
