New Argos Suite Problem

Hi all,
I just bought the new argos theme for windows Xp pro. How ever I am having some issues with it. When I first installed it everything went well without a hitch. I restarted my PC and now window blinds does not start up with windows, and the task bar does not skin, nor does the start menu. What's weird is that Internet explore, and all other applications (IE: Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc... ) skin fine. All cursos and Icons work perfect but as I said the task bar and start menu do not skin. The only FREE version of the application that I have running is the Icon pacakger for everything else I have paid versions so I am not sure what is happening and why did it worked fien when I first installed the suite?
System Specs:
AMD X2 4200+
nVidia 7900GT
2 GB Ram
1 TB hard drive space
Windows XP Pro w/ SP2

I sent the e-mail out to support but I figured out the issue. I was still using my original Windowblinds purchase of 4.2 I upgraded to 4.6 and all is well.
