More time?

Last time around, the GUI Olympics only included WindowBlinds visual styles. This time, there's Winamp and Icon packages (and an icon package can contain hundreds of icons).
We're getting a considerable number of request from skin authors (particularly winamp and icon packager authors) asking for more time. What's your view? How much time should we add (if any) before starting the judging portion?

I think more time would be a great thing. From a viewers point of view, the more entries the better the contest. You might get enough by the end of the month, but what fun would it be to judge only a few entries? So many good prizes, it would be a shame if some people couldn't participate because of time restraints...

Okay, based on emails and this, it seems pretty obvious we need to modify the schedule. Will talk more about it internally tomorrow.
