How do I add a new dock WITH tabs

Hi!
I know how to add a new dock. But I don't know how to add tabs on it. With tabs I mean folders with different names, for example: Games, Music, Pictures, Programs,etc.
Here's a pic: (it's the dock with the red mark I want to add)
UPDATE: Omg, how stupid I am, under the button "Create new dock" there's another button named "Create new tabbed dock".

Silly question - did you purchase the registration for OD+? The free one doesn't support tabbed docks. In OD+, you go to the Dock Settings dialog, click the "My Docks" button on the bottom, then there are buttons "Create New Dock" and "Create new tabbed dock" right underneath it. 
OK, boy do I feel dumb - I just saw your update after the big long picture! Never mind.
