Ok, like the weekly pick, I'm a day late with the poll too, and I can't think of any witty song lyrics that involve "Tuesday" to open with.  Last week, I asked which NON Object Desktop application people most wanted to see an update to.  323 votes were cast, and there was a pretty close race between two of the applications.  Here are the results:
 
Which Non-Object Desktop App would you most like to see updated?
  Aquarium Desktop 13   4.02%
  Blog Navigator 2 0.62%
  CursorXP 132 40.87%
  Natural Desktop 30 9.29%
  ObjectDock Plus 146 45.20%

So it looks like ObjectDock Plus barely beat out CursorXP for the most desired update.  Personally, I have to say I'm disappointed that so few people wanted more work done on Blog Navigator... I was one of those two votes I guess 

This week's poll question:

Will you be participating in the 2006 GUI Championships?

Brad did a bit of a pre-announcement yesterday, and we plan on having the full, more detailed announcement out early next week with information on rules, dates etc.  It would be nice to get an early feel for how many, at least from WinCustomize, plan on competing.

Results, as always, to be posted next Monday.

I must say...I am so excited that GUI Championships are coming. I do not have graphic artistic bone in my body. But some of the best skins I have ever seen have come from other GUI OLYchampionships. I won't be participating but I will be encouraging. Is it possible for my company to provide some type of contribution to the prizes or awards?

It was a tough choice, but I voted for Aquarium Desktop
Wy would Object Dock Plus need updating? I havn't seen any faults yet

And on another note,
Is there an official section for Aquarium Destop user created objects and fish?

Blog navigator is a great app . . but it's almost too much. Slim down the interface and hide some of the options and it would be supah-fly!

Aquarium is one of the gadgets I havn't bought. Not a fish guy. I'd love to see Ron and the Desktop pet get an update. How about I get him wet and her replicates? or anything from this list: Link

I'm surprised that CXP did so well. What more can it do?

Im happy to see cursor xp up there. I dont personaly think there is a lot more it should do but would just like to see it interact with the new windowblinds skins better. (stay on top of the windows)

I agree with you on that, Sometimes when I come out of a game the cursor is under Live Messenger and Object Dock.

I probably don't have the right person, but I searched to find who I could report this too! I am a women of 54 and like to change the appearance of things like I see most people do, to make it more like who you are. Well I was looking to change the skin of my media player and downloaded the tree frog, from this site. I was sickened by what was attached to it. I could not believe it. Now I have this gross thing somewhere on my computer. If a child was downloading this skin there would be some kind of law suite for sure. Someone needs to fix this at once. I hope you know who could take care of this, because until now I really was impressed with this site.

lyndylou52...I downloaded the treefrog media player skin and didn't see anything untoward. Could you provide more details?

lyndylou52, I've just downloaded and taken apart this skin. There is nothing in it that could remotely be considered offensive. Please provide more details so that this can be looked into.

Attached to the tree frog was the title crystal, after install, said ready to play and it did played on its own, was very foul and very offensive. I don't know what to say and why it happened. This is my very own computer no uses it but me, and I am not in to that gross stuff.
Thank-you for getting in contact with me. I really appreciate it. Does make me nerves to download anything else. Thought I had the best programs so stuff like that could not get through.

I've just downloaded this to have a look. Whatever you have there isn't included with the skin and must be something you picked up elsewhere. My system is a clean install (last week) and I have nothing available other than stuff which came with Windows.
