windowfx 3

i have a question about window fx 3.0/i had winfx 2. something series..and i liked it..the thing i dont like about part 3 is that..you can do the transitions on big windows..like maximizin and minimizin..it only does it on small menues..am i doing something wrong with the configuration on the new one..cuz i dont see where you can do that..anyone having the same issue?

i was messing with the sizes because nothing would work and then i went back and left everything default and was having the same issue..and then i noticed something..i was using this windowblind skin called novus..when i switched to another skin..it worked..weird ish
