KLP with Skype control is a software program that allows users to create keyboard shortcuts or "hotkeys" to control computer applications and other computer functions instantly with a press of a button, without the need to use a mouse or be in view of a monitor screen.

KLP is there and has always been able to do the Skype media player thing and is on ODNT.
The free (branded?) version is available on the NHANDZ website.
Feature requests for the SD version: Be able to assign straight text to a hot key; Create key macros (ie [Winkey]-[M] etc)
