Cannot install Vista theme (novum style)

Hey,

I have a problem concerning windowblinds and the vista skin (novum style) which you all probably know. I have WindowBlinds 5 installed and when I add the .wba file through "Add Skin", the programm does not add the theme, but instead I only see 2 themes, namely "Windows Classic" and another Windows theme (the normal one that you have after the windows installation).

I really want this skin and thats why I ask for your help.

It sounds like you don't have WB installed properly or perhaps don't have a legal version. Simply because if you have WB5 installed properly you should also already have several other skins installed that come with the default install.
If you do have a legal copy, attempt to uninstall and reinstall. If it still doesn't work right, the proper channel is to contact stardock support. They will be more than willing to help a paying user. [email protected]

Maybe something borked.
open WB configuration
click system information on the left
copy and paste here all the info that shows up

Thanks for your help guys --- i reinstalled it ... and before that I gave the registry cleaner and other programmes a try and cleaned my PC.
It works just fine now and the skin is overwhelming. But I have one question for those who also have this skin installed: How do you change the font color? I have that light blue font and that's way too bright for me. So I want to make the font a bit darker.

Perhaps someone can help me out there.

I also would love to know how to change the font color without changing the skin because I can barely read on my monitor.

You'll need to open up the skin in SkinStudio and change the font colour for each section. It's a long job, but at least it will get you into using SkinStudio.
