"Dude" - How much easier can it be? You cannot download this Windowblind. Try it. You don't have to be Fellini to figure that out.

It's THAT easy it does not show up in an Admin gallery search...
You sure you have it spelled correctly?

Yes...I found it via another site...and searched WC by skinner name...
He has 4 broken uploads...about the time of one of the server crashes, I think.
I'll see what can be done...
